It's an incredibly beautiful hotel in Baku. The location is unbeatable, 2 miles from Flame Towers. 29 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the center. The staff are absolutely kind and the breakfast is scrumptious and good. There is good choice of savoury food for breakfast...

the workers were professional and amiable. the room was a nice size and huge, not to mention views over city from the window.

Everything was nice, impeccable service, excellent location near Sapphire Bayil as well as the center. I had the a double room, it was huge. The bathroom with bathtubs.

The staff were weird, didn't expect that coming.

The views at this brand-new hotel where breathtaking. The morning meal was scrumptious and good. The rooms were big and huge, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The stuff was absolutely kind and friendly, I stayed for 3 nights. The service was amazing, the food was savoury.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my city trip, just a short taxi ride away from the main area. The design and cleanliness of the room were exceptional, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast and comfortable bed were the best aspects of my stay.

The hotel lacks facilities like a pool, gym, spa, and children's play area. the staff's lack of English proficiency made it difficult to communicate with them, and the assigned taxi driver for a day trip was unable to understand us.

I stayed over the Christmas holiday and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's festive decorations and friendly staff. Two complimentary features that stood out were the delicious breakfast with a variety of options and the spacious balcony with a great view. Although the hotel wasn't located in the heart of the city, it was easy to get around with public transportation nearby.

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for tall individuals. The staff, although mostly friendly, seemed to be reluctant at times to answer questions.
